Jaage Desh – Divij Naik featuring Various Artistes
An amalgamation of various singers combine under the auspices of singer/composer Divij Naik who, in conjunction with lyricist Chintan Naik, launches “Jaage Desh”, an anthem “for a better India”. It is a humble endeavour to bring awareness among Indian citizens, through this noble song, to better understand their responsibilities and duties to make the country a better place and provide her a healthier tomorrow. “Jaage Desh” has the all-pervading signature sound of patriotism with fine percussion, subtle electronica, and sombre crooning, yet it displays a more hurried pace in contrast to more pseudo offerings heard in the past. The music serves as a colourful canvas behind beautiful vocal portraits featuring, but not restricted to, Sadhana Sargam and Himali Vyas Naik.
