Kamlee – Sonia J Patel
The State which provided India her present Prime Minister, Gujarat, now appears ready to provide a Prime Vocalist too in Sonia J Patel. Stepping from dancing to play back singing, Sonia appears to have left little of her multi-faceted talent untouched until the launch of her loving song called “Kamlee”. With lyrics and composition by Veeral Patel, it is the arrangements from another Veeral [Mistry solved here!] that is clearly in the mode of “women in rock” with this guitar-based track blending well with Sonia’s voice for big, mainstream rock which, like her present interest in boxing, appears to pack a punch!
