Nazron Ki – Sangeeta Khanna
This song, “Nazron Ki”, arrives from a year and a half ago and receives another welcome life through the support of ArtistAloud as this pretty angelic-sounding mid-tempo track appears with an apparent ethnic feel. Bonded by the likeable vocals of singer Sangeeta Khanna, born to a musical family consisting of a father who was a music composer and a poet/lyricist mother and, for whom now, music is a passion too. The music – courtesy composer Shamir Tandon – while augmented by keyboards, is provide a special spark by multi-instrumentalist Chintoo Singh Wasir who specialises in playing guitar, rabab, and mandolin. Lyrics from Raviraj Pranami, which inevitably focuses on love [the contrived accent of a backing vocalist singing “Love Is In The Air” validates this!], nevertheless ensures that “Nazron Ki” remains a listenable song: atmospheric and seductive, and is nicely mixed and mastered by Anil Doley.
